We met in 2020 while working in the same laboratory. At the time, Sarah was on night shift and Miguel was on day shift, so we did not see much of each other at first. That all changed when we started working weekends together! Some would call us...the Dream Team (ok just kidding!). Spending that time in the lab side by side turned into a strong friendship built on teamwork, trust, and a lot of laughs. Somewhere along the way, that friendship naturally grew into something more, and we realized there was an undeniable chemistry. 

Since then, we have built a life together fueled by curiosity, laughter, and a love for adventure. We both love to learn and our shared thirst for knowledge is something that keeps us connected. We love to travel, whether that means exploring new countries or road tripping around the United States. When we are not planning our next trip, you can usually find us trying new recipes, exploring our favorite locales (something we have lovingly termed "City Hiking"), or heading to the gym. 

We are incredibly lucky and deeply grateful for the family and friends who surround us. You have loved us, supported us, and shown up for us in more ways than we can count. You've laughed with us, cried with us, and hyped us up when we needed it most. Through every chapter, your encouragement and care have meant the world to us both individually and as a couple. We cherish each of you, and we feel so honored to celebrate this next chapter with the people who have helped shape who we are. It truly means the world to us to have our favorite people by our side, and we are so excited that you are joining us to celebrate our love in the Dominican Republic!
